We re looking for an Administrator, to join our client s small and supportive administration team. Whether you re just starting your career or have some previous administration experience, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy working environment, takes pride in delivering accurate work and has excellent communication and customer service skills.You ll provide essential support across the day-to-day running of the business.Your responsibilities will include: Handling incoming calls and assisting with queries.Managing administration inbox enquiries and responding promptly and professionally.Maintaining the central diary system, including processing declarations and following up outstanding documentation.Processing daily adjustments, including assigning rates and terms where required.Processing new policies and renewals accurately and efficiently.Setting up and maintaining policy endorsements, vehicle rates and declarations.Issuing invoices when required.Ensuring policies are processed and maintained accurately and in accordance with procedures.Managing your workload effectively to ensure deadlines and agreed timescales are met.Providing excellent administrative and customer service support to brokers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable and well organised and comfortable working in a busy environment.
