This role offers an excellent opportunity to support daily operational administration duties within a professional environment, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative processes. The successful candidate will possess strong office experience, proficient with Microsoft Office, good communication skills and excellent customer service able to multi-task, working efficiently and accurately to meet the needs of the business. Duties Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, manage emails and diaries using Microsoft Outlook, prioritising tasks and maintaining the diary. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for team members Prepare correspondence as required Any other administration tasks as required Requirements Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Offices Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Data Entry Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in ..... full job details .....
