The Role You will provide high-quality frontline customer service to residents within key worker accommodation, helping to ensure a positive and well-managed living experience. Working closely with the Marketing and Lettings Officer, you will support the complete resident journey, from initial enquiries and applications through to move-ins, tenancy administration and move-outs.
