Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Administrator to work within a manufacturing environment for a successful company based near Market Deeping, Peterborough. Main Duties will include:Review, update and maintain product specificationsConducting details reviews of food service specifications to ensure that they meet internal standards in terms of compliance and accuracyMaintaining the packaging database Ensuring stock levels are checked and kept updatedMaintain clear records and documentationRequirements:Excellent communication skillsGood attention to detailExcellent IT skills including MS Office (Word and Excel)Ability to escalate issuesPro-active and excellent problem solving skillsUnderstanding of food manufacturingHours are flexible but ideally Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Hourly rate: 12.21- 14.00 per hour, depending on experience.
