Working in collaboration with the team, you will provide administration support to the Financial Advisors, and become a point of contact for clients, answering their queries around mortgages, pensions, investments and protection.ResponsibilitiesSubmit applications to providersPrepare paperwork for client meetingsUpdate the in-house CRM systemLiaise with providers by phone and emailLiaise with clients by phone and emailUsing the quotation system for in-house servicesProvide Advisors with template letters for completionSubmit online applicationsProducing reportsPerson SpecificationPrevious experience within a similar role is essential, either an administration role within Financial Services - mortgage, investment, pension, or similar sector, or as an IFA Administrator Ability to manage own time and take initiative to search out solutionsExcellent communication skillsGood computer knowledge and ability to work with Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to ..... full job details .....
