This role will be based in Edinburgh.Salary£33,000 - £43,000, depending on experienceKey ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.Prepare and process new business applications across pensions, investments and protection.Liaise with clients, providers and third parties to obtain information and progress cases.Prepare client review packs and supporting documentation.Process investment, pension and protection business accurately and efficiently.Maintain accurate client records and ensure CRM systems are kept fully up to date.Deal with valuations, withdrawals, transfers and other client servicing requests.Monitor new business through to completion and resolve any outstanding requirements.Ensure all work is completed in line with FCA requirements and internal compliance procedures.Support and mentor more junior members of the administration team where required.Skills and ExperienceStrong previous experience within an IFA, wealth management or financial planning environment.FPC qualificat...
