Do you have a background as an Administrator or similar looking to join a well-established business in a full-time permanent role with a company offering long-term stability?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established, family-owned business and one of Ireland''s leading fuel manufacturers, importers and distributors. Due to continued growth, the business is looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join its Belfast team.

This varied role will see you acting as a key point of contact for customers, processing sales orders, coordinating deliveries and liaising with production and haulage teams to ensure products reach customers efficiently and on time. You will also support general office administration, cash handling and some HR-related duties.

The role would suit someone with a background in Administration or similar looking to join a well-established company offering a full-time permanent role with long-term stability.

The Role:

• Answering telephone calls and taking customer orders
• Accurately processing sales orders, despatch notes and invoices
• Carrying out weighbridge duties
• Liaising with production facilities to ensure adequate product supply
• Scheduling vehicles for local domestic, house and shop deliveries
• Organising haulage for wholesale deliveries across Ireland and the UK
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week)
