The organisation provides accommodation alongside care, support or supervision, helping people live as independently as possible. You’ll join a busy Compliance and Property Team, giving admin support to the Compliance Manager and Property Coordinator. Your work will help make sure every property used for residents meets statutory compliance and health and safety requirements. What you’ll be doing Logging repairs reported by support staff and residents, raising work orders and following them through to completion Liaising with repairs and compliance contractors, and chasing compliance documents, completed work orders, overdue jobs and invoices Checking and verifying documents before approving them or escalating them where needed Asking contractors for updated compliance certificates before they expire, and urgently following up any that have lapsed Keeping records accurate and up to date on internal systems, including CAFM and databases Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of properties so they stay compliant with H&S legislation and government guidance Managing key...
