      <description>Location: Thame | Salary: &amp;pound;27000/annum | Type: Permanent | A busy and growing company in Thame is looking for an administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. This is a great opportunity for a highly organised Administrator to join a supportive business where full training will be provided and ongoing development is encouraged.  Based in Thame this position is offering £27,000 per annum. 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 3.30pm finish on a Friday.  Duties of the Administrator:  	 Upload service reports and certificates to client and company portals. 	 Collate, file and rename documentation accurately. 	 Locate reports and certificates and ensure records are kept up to date. 	 Liaise with office and field based teams to obtain required documentation. 	 Manage user access administration for company portals. 	 Carry out accurate data entry and record management. 	 Provide general administrative support to the wider team. 	 Maintain accurate and up to date portal information at all times.   Experience  	 Previous administration experience is desirable. 	 Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
