Job Title: Renewables Administrator (Planned Works) Location: Liverpool Pay Rate: 12.50 - 14 per hour Contract: Temporary - 4 Months (initially) Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Start Date: Immediate start available (subject to notice period)We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading property services client for an organised and proactive Renewables Administrator to join their Renewables team in Liverpool on a 4-month temporary contract.This role will support the delivery of planned renewable works by ensuring documentation, photographic evidence, and compliance records are accurately collected and maintained. It is a fast-paced administrative position requiring strong organisational and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding administrative support to the Renewables team, with a focus on planned worksManaging and organising photographic evidence from site teams to ensure compliance requirements are metCollecting evidence from site operatives including electricians, roofers, and installation teamsProactively chasing outstanding evidence via WhatsApp and other communication channelsUploading and maintaining records within internal trackers and databasesFeeding information to internal teams and stakeholdersMonitoring progress and ensuring activity is tracked in line with KPIsMaintaining accurate records and clear audit trailsProviding daily and weekly updates to the clientSupporting the wider team with general administrative duties as ..... full job details .....
