Salary: £26,500 P/A plus some fantastic benefits
Portsmouth, Hampshire
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Please note, this is a Fixed Term Contract until Mid May 2026, with potential to be extended or made permanent for the right candidate.
Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership for a well established award winning business who are based in Portsmouth.
Due to expansion plans our client is looking for an administrator to join a specialist team on a fixed term contract initially
As an Administrator/Customer Support you will be responsible for:
- Handling various customer queries, via telephone and email.
- Working closely with a specialist department.
- Updating the internal CRM with relevant data.
- Liaising with suppliers, to ensure a smooth ordering process.
- Checking orders
- Invoicing
- Coordinator product collection and delivery.
- Build lasting professional relationships with suppliers, to negotiate pricing on materials.
- Supporting management with administration.
- Work towards KPIs and targets.
Ideally, you will have/be:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent numerical skills.
- Good communication skills and experience.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Proven success working towards targets.
- Strategic and able to problem solve.
- Good negotiating abilities.
- Knowledge in the vehicle/motor industry is preferred.
