A home interiors company in Warrington is seeking an Administrator for a fixed-term contract of 6 to 12 months, with the potential for a permanent position.
The company is open to both full-time and part-time candidates. The hours are as follows:
- Full-time: 9 AM - 5 PM with a 30-minute lunch
- Part-time: 9:30 AM - 3 PM with a 30-minute lunch, or longer hours over a 4-day week may be considered.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contract administration in a construction-based environment
- Assisting with the compilation of health and safety materials
- Producing RAMS documentation
- Preparing O&M Manuals
- Liaising with sub-contract partners
- Drafting and sending purchase orders for materials and contract labor
Salary is dependent on experience.
