This role will be responsible for the administration and processing of orders required through the Household Support Fund.

Excellent organisational and admin skills will be required.

A good knowledge and understanding of utilising Excel and Customer Relationship Management systems will be needed.

The person will also be required to interact with internal departments e.g. creditors and external support agencies or clients.

They should be able to communicate clearly and have a good understanding of providing high levels of customer service.
