Job Title: Administrator
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Location: Ellesmere Port
Salary: -12.50p/h
HRGO is currently recruiting for an administrator to join a manufacturing company. You will be working with a small team of administrators within the company on-site.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Production Staff.
- Execute Print Ranges using computer systems multiple times per day.
- Print and match all required paperwork with each order.
- Update order status within the computer system.
- Deliver orders to Production Work Cells or designated areas.
- Manage the Production Calendar/Schedules and coordinate with Production Management/Supervisors to meet customer or order requirements.
- Act as liaison between Production and Sales, ensuring clear communication on order status and Production Commitments.
- Review and respond to daily expedite emails from Sales/Contracts in a timely manner.
- Participate in Safety, Quality, CCIP, and other employee-related meetings.
- Provide backup support for Shipping-IPs and Receiving Inspector.
- Assist in other areas as needed to support Production activities.
Requirements
- GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications / High School Diploma
- One (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, proficiency with whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, & ability to compute rate, ratio, percent, and interpret graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written, oral, and diagram instructions.
