Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our public sector client''s small team in the Mortonhall area of Edinburgh.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming queries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Managing and organising the department''s mailbox.
  • Booking and scheduling appointments for clients and team members.
  • Coordinating and scheduling work for the team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and internal systems.
  • Providing general administrative support as needed.


You should be an experienced Administrator who is proactive and enthusiastic.
