We are looking for an organised and proactive Programme Administrator to join their team, managing the end-to-end administration of lease business. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, financial services experience, and excellent communication skills.
Job Title: Programme Adminstrator
Salary: -28,000 + bonus earning opportunities
Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
The Role
You''ll be responsible for the efficient processing of lease applications from initial contact to funding, liaising with customers, sales teams, and franchisees to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely operations.
Key Responsibilities
Promote lease programs to sales teams and franchisees.
Collect, review, and process credit applications, ensuring completeness before review.
Communicate credit decisions and follow up to improve closure rates.
Prepare and send contracts; track and secure supporting documentation.
About You
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years in leasing/finance; credit background preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong organisational and communication skills.
Proactive, self-starter with excellent interpersonal abilities.
