A client of ours in the Marks Tey area, Colchester, is recruiting a part-time Administrator to join their team.
This part-time job share position, is working Monday - Wednesday, 10:00am - 2:00pm, with the flexibility to provide holiday cover across Monday - Friday when required. The role is temporary-permanent, paying -12.21 per hour to start ASAP.
Your key duties in this Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
- Preparing quotes and processing orders
- Chasing suppliers and tracking deliveries
- Ordering and managing stock supplies
- Assisting with general admin tasks
- Supporting packing operations when needed
Skills and experience required to be considered for this role:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Willingness to take on varied, hands-on tasks
- Own transport is essential due to location
