A client of ours in the Wickford area is seeking an Administrator to join their busy, fast-paced office. This is a temporary, full-time role starting ASAP, working Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, and paying -12.2113.00 per hour depending on experience.
The role will initially run for a minimum of 1 month to cover sickness, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities for this Administrator position:
- Filing invoices and general administrative tasks
- Managing emails and incoming calls
- Data entry and database maintenance
- Posting payments using Sage (training provided)
- Supporting the Office Manager with daily tasks
Skills & Experience:
- Proven administration experience in a busy environment
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using IT systems and MS Office
- Sage experience desirable but not essential
- Must be available to start immediately
