We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Administrator to join a busy, fast paced team. This position supports a wide range of operational functions, from coordination, to maintaining records and managing CRM data. With no two days the same, this role suits someone who is switched on, adaptable, and thrives on variety.
Main Duties
- Coordinate schedules, ensuring accurate organisation and time management
- Maintain up to date records
- Support a major CRM system by updating and managing data
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls with a friendly, service-oriented approach
- Provide general administrative support to the team, picking up varying tasks as and when required
- Adapt to shifting priorities and an ever-changing workload with confidence
- Strong background in administration and customer service
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is critical in this role
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised under pressure
- Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently
- Experience in a coordination heavy role is highly desirable
