We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a dynamic financial planning team. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing financial administration processes with accuracy and efficiency.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting financial planners and paraplanners, ensuring clients receive an exceptional service and seamless experience throughout their financial journey.
Description of the role:
- Processing authority letters and gathering financial data for new and existing clients.
- Preparing application forms, documentation, and reports.
- Handling financial transactions, including investments, insurance policies, fund switches, and withdrawals.
- Preparing client reviews by gathering data, updating goals, and arranging meetings.
- Managing correspondence including post, emails, and client communications.
- Providing administrative support to financial planners and paraplanners.
- Supporting clients directly with administrative queries.
About you:
- At least 2 years'' experience in a financial planning administration role.
- Strong knowledge of financial transactions and processes.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident with technology, including CRM systems, project management tools, and financial platforms.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to improve processes.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Financial administration qualifications are desirable but not essential.
