Job Title: Construction Administrator
Location: Castle Donington - Head Office

The Role:
Linsco are looking for a construction administrator for one of our clients who are a leading new build housing developer. You will be based in their head office in Castle Donington. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected name in the industry and play a vital role in supporting the smooth delivery of housing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the construction and site teams
- Maintain accurate records of site documentation and progress reports
- Update and manage project information using COINS software
- Coordinate subcontractor documentation, including insurances and H&S paperwork
- Assist with site set-up paperwork and new starter inductions
- Liaise with suppliers, site staff, and other departments as needed
- Ensure all admin tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Proficient in COINS software - essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
