We have 2 immediate vacancies for our client based in Alfreton - for 2 administrators

One vacancy is for Morning shift: 6am to 2.30pm Monday to Thursday and 6am to 1pm Fridays

the second vacancy is for the Afternoon shift 2.30pm to 11pm Monday to Thursday and 1pm to 8pm Fridays - this role could be considered reduced hours or part time

Paying -13.50 per hour - weekly pay

Immediate start - ongoing position - with a genuine opportunity for permanent employment

Based in Alfreton, Derbyshire

Duties of an Administrator

• Data Entry
• Inputting hours. time sheets and work loads into a spreadsheet
• General administration skills - including Microsoft office and excel spreadsheets
• Good communication skill / organisational skills
• Emailing customers and suppliers
• Good telephone manner
• General office administration duties

Experience required for an Administrator

• Good communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience of working within an admin / office environment
• Experience of working within an office - and advantage
• Attention detail - data entry - inputting information onto an inhouse computer system

Detail of an Administrator

• 2 positions available - Choose to work the Morning shift or the Afternoon shift*
• Morning shift - 6am to 2.30pm Monday to Thursday - 6am to 1pm Friday
• Afternoon shift - 2.30pm to 11pm Monday to Thursday 2.30pm to 11pm - 1pm to 8pm Friday -(would consider reduced hours or part time for the afternoon role)
• -13.50 per hour
• Based in Alfreton, Derbyshire
