Salary: 27,000 per annum
Hours: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our Sales and Buying departments, with occasional administrative assistance to our Marketing team. Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales and Buying teams
Assist with data entry, order processing, and maintaining accurate records
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Support the Marketing team with basic admin tasks such as scheduling, content coordination, and reporting
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
Maintain filing systems and ensure all documentation is up to date
Handle general office duties including email correspondence, calendar management, and meeting coordination
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally within a commercial or retail environment)
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
