Admin Assistant – Transport Manager Support
Location: Letchworth
Hours: Mon-Fri / 9am – 5pm

Duration: 1 month

Salary: £12.21ph

Interaction Recruitment is looking for a dependable and organised Admin Assistant to support our Transport Supervisor in day-to-day operations. If you’re good with basic computer tasks and can keep things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report any incoming tickets and promptly report to the supervisor
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance documentation
  • Support the Transport Supervisor with scheduling and admin tasks
  • Use basic computer programs (email, spreadsheets, word processing)
  • Communicate with drivers and other team members as needed

What You’ll Need:

  • Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word)
  • Good attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Previous admin or transport experience is a bonus, but not essential
