Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience and administrative skills, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.

This is a temporary role for 3-6 months.

Must have own transport or live locally due to location of site.

Duties

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office
  • Support team members with clerical duties as required

Qualifications

  • Previous office experience with a focus on administrative tasks
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
