Must have own transport or live locally due to location of site.
Duties
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Support team members with clerical duties as required
Qualifications
- Previous office experience with a focus on administrative tasks
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
