Location: Holmfirth
Pay: -25k - -26k p/a (Negotiable depending on experience)
Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (37.5 Hours per Week)

Are you an experienced administrator with a customer-focused mindset, strong data processing skills and a high attention to detail?
Stafflex are currently working closely with a long-established business in the Holmfirth area to recruit an administrator to join their friendly office team. From their Holmfirth base, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in processes followed, and contribute to a high functioning team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing daily orders and invoices.
- Producing sales reports and updating pricing.
- Responding to customer email enquiries.
- Liaising with field-based team members.
- General office administration and ad-hoc tasks.
Key Qualifications and Experience Needed:
- Previous and consistent experience in administration or sales administration roles.
- Good understanding of following processes.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Proactive and positive approach to work.
- Self-motivated and holding the ability to work as part of a small close-knit team.
