We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join the commercial team on a major internal Construction project of ours based in the Black Country area.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the team by managing timesheets, purchase orders, processing invoices, raising order requests, and inputting data into our in-house system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Printing, scanning, sending and chasing timesheets 
  • Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, and order requests.
  • Maintain accurate records using in-house software.
  • Compile and submit weekly reports and financial figures.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Provide general administrative support to the commercial team.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven administration experience (essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • Able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick to learn new systems and software.
