Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual looking to support a technical team? We''re seeking a Temporary Administration Assistant to join our team in Altrincham and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
About the Role:
You''ll be working closely with a team of technical specialists, helping to coordinate administrative tasks, manage documentation. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the technical team and team leads
- Maintain and update project documentation and records
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and document formatting
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
What We''re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Experience supporting technical or engineering teams is a plus (but not essential)
Start Date:
Immediate or as soon as possible.
