Aspirare is looking for a proactive Engineering Administrator to partner with our Engineering Manager in a fast-paced factory setting. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, possess strong attention to detail, and provide vital support for daily engineering operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HVAC engineers with routine maintenance and servicing of Air Handling Units (AHUs) to ensure optimal system performance
- Clean, replace, and maintain filters, coils, and belts following manufacturer guidelines and best practices
- Perform mechanical tasks including lubrication and general upkeep of HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns Strictly comply with health and safety regulations and site-specific protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report HVAC system faults or potential issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and well-organized to support efficient operations
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or support role within a factory or engineering environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skill
