Administrator Job description

Our world renowned-logistics and retail client are looking to recruit one skilled, reliable and hard-working-administrator-to join-there busy team based in-Rugby, CV23.

As an Administrator you will be working within the-Customs Compliance-team. This position starts as a temporary-on going position-with the potential to be taken on perm.


Shift Details:

  • Monday-Friday.
  • Rotainal day shifts (08:00-16:00+09:00-17:00+10:00-18:00)
  • -12.21 per hour
  • 37.5 hours paid per week (every Friday)
  • 33 days holiday

Administrator Daily Responsibilities:

  1. Data Entry-
  2. Speaking to customers and suppliers via telephone
  3. Managing multiple email mailboxes and replying to queries.
  4. This is an entry level role but requires good telephone and computer skills

Requirements:
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
  • French or Spanish-Speaking highly desirable
  • Previous experience-i administrator or customer service.
  • Some knowledge of the the transport industry desirable.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Quick Learner.
  • Strong Focus on Accuracy.
  • Right to work in the uk.
  • Own transport or live locally to Rugby (CV23).
