Administrator – 3 Month Contract
Based at a Major Stadium – Manchester
£13.20 - £13.50 per hour DOE
Morson Talent are recruiting for two experienced Administrators to join a leading organisation in Manchester on a 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a facilities and maintenance environment during a key period of transition.
The Role
You will provide day-to-day administrative support within the stadium’s office, ensuring the smooth running of operations. You will work closely with the facilities team and provide additional support to the Grounds Manager during this transitional phase.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative duties, including document management, scheduling, and record-keeping
- Supporting the facilities and maintenance team with coordination tasks
- Assisting with reporting and tracking progress across ongoing projects
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and processes
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong administrative background with proven experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business software platforms
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
Contract Details
- Duration: 3 months
- Location: Stadium-based office, Manchester
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
