Administrator – Temporary
Location: Rochdale
Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £12.30 per hour
Start: Immediate

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Rochdale on a temporary basis. You will provide essential administrative support during a busy period, ensuring smooth operations across the team.
Administrator Key Responsibilities
- Input and update information accurately on internal systems
- Take inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Update and track order details in the system
- Liaise with the warehouse regarding order status
- Maintain and update paperwork
- Respond to customer queries via phone and email
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Administrator Required Skills and Experience
- Previous administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy team environment
