What you''ll be doing;
- Manage and maintain project data in Procore, including document organisation and feature utilisation
- Handle RFIs, submittals, and observations within Procore and generate reports
- Provide Workday support, including report generation and purchase order management
- Create customer invoices for construction-related projects
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage correspondence with stakeholders
- Maintain both digital and physical filing systems
- Assist in tracking project milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation
- Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation and status reports
- Aid in budget tracking, reporting, and financial data entry
- Prepare presentations and reports as needed for various departments
What we''re looking for;
- Administrative experience, preferably in a project-based environment
- Proficiency in Procore and Workday, or ability to quickly learn these systems
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative-taking ability
- Preferred experience in construction or engineering industries
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and additional collaboration tools
