We''re recruiting for a part time, highly agile, bright, well & widely skilled Team Administrator for a successful, reputable & sought after employer in Chester City Centre.
The successful candidate will provide Administrative day-to-day team support for the busy Commercial Property Department of this property organisation.
Office based: flexible Part Time hours based around minimum 3 days pw & ideally to include Friday. Flexibility on start / finish times e.g. school hours is no problem.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, handling them professionally & efficiently.
- Facilitate communication between surveyors & clients.
- Ensuring that diaries are updated & book viewings with potential tenants/buyers.
- Organise & coordinate high-level meetings, conferences & events, ensuring all logistics & materials are prepared in advance.
- Manage multiple priorities with efficiency, discretion & professionalism.
- Type dictations & valuation reports.
- Organise & minute agency meetings monthly.
- Raise fee notes & send to clients.
- Book travel accommodation for directors.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to prepare professional reports, correspondence & presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A proactive & adaptable mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Ideally, we''d love to see an application from a candidate-with an interest or background in Property-but a similar & proven background in positively & effectively providing team administration support is essential. Full support & training in the property side of the role will be given.
