What you''ll be doing:

• Processing a range of investor transactions with accuracy and speed

• Reconciling payments and records to keep everything running seamlessly

• Producing contract notes and dealing confirmations in line with regulations

• Liaising with internal teams, auditors, and investment managers

• Providing professional support to investors and clients by phone and email

What we''re looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Organised, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

• Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel

• A team player with a proactive, "can do" approach
