Temporary Reception & Admin Assistant - 1st October until 7th October 2025
Location: Wickham Bishops, Essex
Working days: Monday to Friday | 8am-5.15pm
Pay: -12.21 per hour
Temporary Cover Role
We are currently seeking a confident and proactive Temporary Reception & Admin Assistant to provide essential front desk and administrative support during a short-term holiday cover period.
You''ll be the first point of contact in a professional office environment, so we''re looking for someone reliable, well-organised, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Monitoring and managing emails via Outlook
- Managing and updating the diary/calendar as needed
- Using Word and Excel to update documents and spreadsheets
- Ordering office and site supplies online (mainly via Amazon)
- Providing general admin support as required
Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly, confident, and able to work unsupervised
- Previous experience in a front-desk or administrative roleECPTION
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
