Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 17.27 per hour

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage and organize documentation, ensuring compliance with confidentiality requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as necessary.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a local government setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
