A client of ours in the Clacton-on-Sea area is looking for a temporary part-time Administrator to join their team. This is a entry-level office-based role which offers flexible part-time hours, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start available.
Key Administrator responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing emails and responding promptly to queries
- Updating and maintaining documents in Microsoft Word
- Organising and managing diaries, meetings, and appointments via Microsoft Teams and Outlook
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
- Assisting with filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Ordering office supplies and ensuring welfare areas are fully stocked
- Providing ad hoc support across departments as required
Skills and experience required for this Administrator role:
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Flexible and happy to support with varied duties
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, switched-on, and able to use initiative
