- Update quality trackers and KPIs in Excel; produce regular reports for the team/management.
- Coordinate internal and supplier/customer visits (agendas, packs, minutes, follow-ups).
- Support audits: schedule, assemble evidence packs, capture actions, chase closures.
- Keep calibration, training, and competency records up to date.
- Liaise professionally with suppliers/customers to request evidence, chase responses, and share documents.
- Use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams/SharePoint) to manage files and workflows.
- (Nice to have) Assist with inspection scheduling and sampling paperwork aligned to BS 6001.
- Proven administration experience—ideally in quality, manufacturing, or a regulated environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisation/time management.
- Confident IT skills: Excel (filters, lookups/pivots a bonus), Word, Outlook, Teams/SharePoint.
- Clear, professional communicator; comfortable coordinating across teams and with external partners.
- Familiarity with QMS/ISO 9001 or product inspection processes is advantageous (training provided).
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative quality team.
- Full UK driving licence is for occasional site/supplier visits
