Administrator

Our brand new client based in Peterborough is seeking an Administrator to join their property lettings team on a full time permanent basis, working 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday with a rota''d Saturday morning 9.00 am - 1.00pm.

As Administrator, you will be responsible for liaising with prospective and current property tenants and owners, dealing with queries, preparing and managing tenancy agreements along with tenancy renewals and property inspections, tenancy referencing, taking deposit payments, arranging and conducting property viewings, arranging for maintenance on managed portfolio of properties, updating CRM-and all aspects of supporting administrative duties.

To be considered for the role of Administrator, a background in Lettings or Estate Agency will be considered, although consideration will be given to applicants that have a strong administrative / customer communication background, looking to break in to the property industry.- Full driving licence is essential.

In return, for the role of Administrator, our client is offered a salary from -23820 to -25,500 (the later would be for someone from a similar industry), 21 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays, pension and on-site parking.
