Administrator - Office Based | Glenrothes
Full-Time | -13 - -13.50 per hour | Temporary (3 months, likely extension to 6 months)

We are currently recruiting for a Data Entry Administrator to join a busy office team in Glenrothes. This is a full-time, office-based role suited to someone with strong Excel skills and previous experience in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately transferring data from reports and surveys into a spreadsheet and internal systems
  • Supporting general administrative tasks
  • Working collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines and maintain data accuracy

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous office-based experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Reliable and proactive approach to work
