Our client is a well-established firm of mortgage, protection, and general insurance advisers based in Skipton, North Yorkshire. They provide whole-of-market advice to individuals and businesses across the UK, with a strong reputation for expertise in the buy-to-let sector.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for a proactive and organised Administrator to join a growing team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and providing exceptional support to advisers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

*    Providing general administrative support across the business

*    Handling incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries

*    Liaising with mortgage lenders, estate agents, and solicitors to progress applications

*    Maintaining and updating client records accurately in internal systems

*    Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence

*    Supporting advisers with application processing and case management

*    Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings

*    Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks when required

*    Previous experience in administration or financial services is desirable but not essential
