Think Specialist Recruitment are working with a fantastic organisation based within the Amersham area on a full-time basis. This company has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their team. We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail to help process information and follow a process on their CRM system.
This is a temporary position for the next 3 months with the possibility of an extension. You must be available for work immediately and able to work 5 days a week.
Hours: Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:00 - Hybrid working.
Some of the duties will include:
- Assist the team with inbound customer inquiries.
- Forward information on to relevant clients
- Keep the CRM system up-to-date with all relevant information
- Manage a shared inbox
- Send information onto the escalations team
The suitable candidate:
- Previous admin experience
- Immediately available for work
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet tight deadlines
- Commutable distance to Amersham
