Administrative Assistant - Social Housing

Location: Liverpool
Salary: 16.18 per hour (umbrella)
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Contract: Temporary with the potential to go permanent

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and organised Administrative Assistant to support a busy team within a well-established social housing organisation in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in administration, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to internal teams

• Answering phone calls and handling email correspondence professionally

• Updating records, managing documents, and maintaining filing systems

• Assisting with data entry and preparing reports as required

• Supporting customer service teams in coordinating appointments or follow-ups

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities

• Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• A team player with a positive and proactive approach to work

• Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential
