Job Title:-Administrator (Sales Calls)

Location:-Lowestoft
Rate:16 per hour
Contract Type:-Temporary / On-going

The Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a company in Lowestoft for a Temporary Admin Assistant. This role will involve handling incoming sales calls, assisting customers with their enquiries, and booking services or appointments. You will play an important part in supporting a busy team and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Answer -calls in a professional and friendly manner

  • Provide accurate information about products and services

  • Book surveys/appointments and update records accordingly

  • Log enquiries and escalate when necessary

  • General administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner

  • Previous customer service or admin experience preferred

  • Ability to multitask and work accurately in a fast-paced environment

  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems desirable)

  • Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
