Administrator

Are you an experienced Administrator available for an immediate 12-week temporary contract?

We are working with a well-established large international manufacturing company for a temporary administrator on an initial 3-month assignment based in Newton le Willows. Extensions may be possible.

What will you be doing as an Administrator?

• You will be responsible for inputting high volumes of data/sales orders
• Allocating correct company codes to the items
• Inputting / data processing the orders
• Ensuring details are inputted correctly on the system
• E-mailing order confirmation
• Accurately inputting data on multiple systems
• Creating reports on excel

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• If you have excellent order processing experience
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven history of working in administrative roles
• Ideally with an excellent grasp of technology and able to pick up new systems.
• If you have exposure to SAP that would be beneficial, training will be given
