Position: Administrator
Location: Central London
Pay Rate: £200 - £250 Per Day PAYE
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Role:
- Proactively manage complex schedules, book meetings, and coordinate appointments to maximize executive time.
- Arrange flights, accommodations, and comprehensive itineraries for business travel.
- Serve as a primary point of contact, screening calls, handling correspondence, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, financial statements, board packs, and other documents maintain organized filing systems.
- Schedule meetings, book rooms, take meeting minutes, and coordinate catering.
- Expense management using SAP
Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook as well as using SAP.
- Strong data processing skills with the ability to input, extract, and analyse data.
- Ability to work within agreed criteria, policies, and practises while maintaining client confidentiality.
- Experience in working effectively within a small team
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Both written and verbal.
- Superior Organizational Skills: For managing schedules, documents, and projects.
- Discretion & Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues efficiently and proactively.
