On behalf of my client, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join a busy construction team on a temp-to-perm basis for the right candidate. This role would suit someone with previous administration experience, ideally gained within a construction environment, who is confident managing multiple priorities and supporting a fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and project teams
-Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
-Maintain accurate records, databases, and project documentation
-Support with compliance and health & safety documentation
-Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors in a professional manner
-General office duties, including filing, scanning, and organising paperwork
About You:
-Proven administrative experience (construction industry experience desirable)
-Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Flexible and proactive approach to work
