Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- RAMs for jobs
- Invoice Prep
- Prepping purchase orders for issue.
- Subbie payments
- PPE and clothing-
- Tools and asset log
- IT Support
- Transport- Booking the vans in for sign writing/ MOT''s- Setting up a log of dates
- Keeping an eye on office supplies
- Basic CAD Skills
- Excel and Word- IT Literacy
- Booking operatives on sites- Leonardo''s/ Honeywell etc.
- Taking minutes in meetings
- O and M support
- Procurement tracker, including deliveries.
- Tender enquiries issuing
- Set up and RFI and RVI Schedule for Jobs
Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications needed:
- Previous administration experience/administration background
