Options Resourcing are currently looking for an administrator to work for a construction company based in Yeovil.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • RAMs for jobs
  • Invoice Prep
  • Prepping purchase orders for issue.
  • Subbie payments
  • PPE and clothing-
  • Tools and asset log
  • IT Support
  • Transport- Booking the vans in for sign writing/ MOT''s- Setting up a log of dates
  • Keeping an eye on office supplies
  • Basic CAD Skills
  • Excel and Word- IT Literacy
  • Booking operatives on sites- Leonardo''s/ Honeywell etc.
  • Taking minutes in meetings
  • O and M support
  • Procurement tracker, including deliveries.
  • Tender enquiries issuing
  • Set up and RFI and RVI Schedule for Jobs

Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications needed:

  • Previous administration experience/administration background
