Temporary Administrative Assistant
Mansfield| £12.50ph | Immediate Start | 3 month temporary role with potential extension
SF Recruitment are recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join a well-established and respected commercial business in Mansfield.
This is an office-based role working Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, and Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain rapport with customers, understanding their needs and managing expectations
- Log enquiries, support the team with providing quotations after pricing
- Liaise and communicate with suppliers, sub-contractors, and clients
- Manage incoming calls and emails, responding in a professional and timely manner
- Follow up and resolve customer queries efficiently
- Coordinate, collate, check, and file daily paperwork
- Manage daily workflow to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Provide general office support, including cover during lunchtimes and holidays
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in an office support role
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
- Highly organised, accurate, and able to manage workload effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment using initiative
- Comfortable liaising with suppliers and tradespersons
